Samuel Ang is the Chairperson of Pollinate, the nationally funded institutional innovation hub and startup incubator and accelerator in Singapore where he was responsible for its design and establishment. The vibrant ecosystem involves half the institutes of higher learning (IHL) in Singapore and was holistically conceived and implemented with curated programs especially targeted for IHLs. from initial academic curriculum to focus areas from Fintech to IR4.0. Pollinate has since produced successful cohorts of IHL startups raising more than $70 million in their initial rounds of funding. Samuel consults for ADB on IR4.0 curriculum planning and innovation ecosystems development. He has also published multiple papers on institutional innovation and entrepreneurship

Stanislav bonsov is driving new partnerships and engagements with start-ups, SMEs, corporates, investors, and market entry partners, and working closely with them on technology translation, commercialisation and market entry programs at EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy. He is also leading the EcoLabs E-Learning Platform initiative where energy-related courses and know-how will be aggregated from subject-matter experts, corporate partners and start-ups in their respective areas of expertise. With over nine years of experience in spearheading multi-million international energy projects in Singapore, France, Moscow, and Siberia, Stanislav is a certified Project Management Professional and holds an MBA degree from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Jayson Koh is Director at EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy. He focuses on developing co-innovation and testbedding projects with start-ups, SMES, government agencies and large enterprises. Jayson has wide experience in early-stage technology development, open innovation, tech investment and IP strategy across many sectors. Prior to Ecolabs, he was heading Technology and Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy for new energy portfolio at SP Group and was concurrently the Project Director for delivering sustainability solutions to large campuses. He has held senior roles in consulting firm, venture capital fund, university incubator and more recently, he was the Founding Director for an Innovation Centre in APAC region. Jayson holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and trained in Data Analytics and Agile Framework.

Mr Vignesh Naidu is currently the Director, Operations at The HEAD Foundation. Vignesh helms The HEAD Foundation’s education team that works across Southeast Asia to improve education outcomes through; the design and delivery of bespoke capacity building opportunities for educators, the production of a suite of publications, and opportunities for thought leaders to share their insights and perspectives. Vignesh is particularly intrigued by how education systems need to adapt to ensure that future graduates have the skills needed to navigate a rapidly evolving world of work. Prior to joining The HEAD Foundation, Vignesh worked in academia and the public sector

He is also the President and founder of Labtech International Ltd (www.labtech.org) which is a leader in the design, development and manufacturing of technical education systems both for hands-on and virtual learning. Dr. Yuhyun Park is a world-leading expert in digital skills and child online safety. She conceptualized the Digital Intelligence (DQ) and framework, the global standard for digital literacy, skills, and readiness (IEEE 3527.1TM) which was endorsed by the IEEE Standards Association, OECD, and World Economic Forum. She spearheaded #DQEveryChild, empowering children in 80+ countries with digital citizenship, and Child Online Protection Index, supporting nations in child online safety.
She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Ashoka Fellow, and Eisenhower Fellow, and is currently the Chair for the EQUALS ITU Digital Skills Coalition and TikTok Safety Advisory Council

Anshul is Principal Engineer and Global Director – Digital Readiness Programs, Intel Corporation based in Singapore. He manages Intel’s worldwide digital readiness programs for education & skilling, workforce preparation, future of work and policy initiatives to democratize AI and other emerging tech skills in partnership with governments, academia & civil society organizations.  He is business leader with over 26 years of worldwide experience on education & skills tech sector. He is adviser to various social impact organizations, multilaterals & startups. He is alumni of University of Oxford. 

Rithika susan thomas works with integrating multidisciplinary experts and resources to provide innovative solutions to build sustainable communities. She strives to ensure that all her projects have a positive impact on the built environment, workspaces, and the communities that we live in. Currently, she leads the Future Community vertical at EcoLabs and her focus is on designing and deploying a prototype of a self-sustaining civilization kit for the future, through co-creation collaborations with start-ups, SMEs and educational institutes in Singapore, India, and Philippines. Her research focus for the past 6 years is on multidisciplinary sustainable design, passive design strategies and designing zero energy buildings in the tropics through testing and deploying these innovative solutions for smart building technologies, applications, and solutions. Before joining EcoLabs, she practiced architecture in India and completed her Masters in Integrated Sustainable Design from NUS, School of Design, Singapore. She is a registered LEED AP Building Design + Construction and has obtained her Green Mark Manager certification.
