Graduated from Syracuse University over 30 years ago, Paulina Pannen writes and speaks in various scholarly forums, and has had tenure as director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC, Vice Rector at USBI, Dean of Faculty of Education at Universitas Terbuka, chairman of task forces on higher education quality development and improvement programs under DGHE, development of Indonesian MOOCs and e-learning, distance education, Senior Adviser on Academics to the MORTHE until 2019, Interim Director for Innovation System and Secretary to the Consortium of Research and Innovation for Covid-19 at MORT/NARI until 2020. Currently, she chairs the ICE Institute under Universitas Terbuka.
Anasthasia rosye is the Country Manager at Nuffic Neso Indonesia. In this role, she is responsible for the management and monitoring of the Orange Knowledge Programme in Indonesia, which offers access to education and training for professionals and organisations. She brings over seven years of experience in the public and non-profit sector, and has worked extensively with students and knowledge institutions, focusing on scholarship management and experiential learning. She has a Master's degree in International Relations from Waseda University with specialization in educational development in developing countries.
